Tremendous Training & Development Criteria

Nominees in this category will have demonstrated a strong commitment to designing and delivering cohesive and innovative training and development programmes and initiatives for their organisations.

Entries should clearly illustrate a strong relationship between the outcomes of such programmes and the organisation’s strategic aims and objectives. A direct link to and from Performance Management processes would further benefit the nomination.

The successful nominee will be able to clearly demonstrate that their programmes and initiatives are capable of adapting to the changing needs of the organisation. Furthermore there will be tangible evidence that evaluation processes are firmly embedded, which prove conclusively that there is visible and measureable relationship between their business’s training and development, and the performance of organisation, teams and individuals.
