Extraordinary Team Initiative CriteriaThis will be a team who can demonstrate and tangibly measure their contribution to the business, and who can show evidence of a creative and innovative approach to HR. Their nomination will offer examples of new initiative/s they have designed and successfully delivered through to implementation and beyond, and which set them apart from the crowd. The team must be able to provide evidence of how their initative/s have delivered a measured effect on the business and its people, and how their input and impact has contributed to the organisation’s competitive position as an employer of choice. The team will have developed successful relationships across their organisation, and be able to provide evidence of their value to their internal customers. Furthermore, evidence will be sought as to how they work as a team, with individual members being given the freedom and support to play to their key strengths, supported by a culture of life long learning.
