Educated at Currie High and Napier College in Edinburgh, Mike entered the Employee Benefit and Reward industry in 1984 when he joined Scottish Widows. After training at their Edinburgh HQ, Mike moved to their London City office to take up the role of Corporate Pension Consultant.
In 1995 Mike moved back to Scotland and joined Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, who latterly were bought by Mercer, where he spent 11 years as an Employee Benefit specialist dealing with HR and Finance teams of SME and Large Corporate clients. Mike moved to Aberdeen in 1997.
In September 2006 Mike joined Kudos Financial Services as Head of Corporate Development. Mike’s role involves working closely with senior HR professionals to design, implement and communicate employee benefits programmes which link their organisational business goals and reward strategy. Mike also heads up the flexible benefits and total reward team at Kudos.
Mike is a qualified member of The Personal Finance Society and The Chartered Insurance Institute.
