Born and educated in Aberdeen, Alan subsequently spent some time working in Australia and London, before returning to join the family business originally founded by his grandparents. Over the years, Alan has evolved and developed the company into an integrated marketing communications consultancy, which has clients across a diverse range of market sectors and has built a team of experienced marketing and creative professionals covering a wide range of disciplines. Married to Tania, who is also involved in the business, for more than 25 years, they have two sons who have completed their university educations and have embarked on their own successful careers. Alan is a Patron of CLAN, the local cancer support charity.
